    This machine is composed of extruder, air bubble forming device, perforation device, edge trimmed film collecting device, cutting device, winding device, cabinet control system.This machine uses LDPE, LLDPE granule material to produce air bubble film, which widely used as post parcel packing, precise  instruments packing,furniture packing etc.

    本机主要由挤出机、真空气泡成型机构、点断机构、收废机构、裁切机构、收卷机构、电气控制系统七大主要部件组成，实现原料从加料口加入，直Zhi成品收卷自动控制的机电一体化产品。适用LDPE与LLDPE的塑料粒子。生产的制品可替代纸质信封袋和纸塑复合包装袋，具有环保、防水、抗震等优良性能。
